Job DetailsJob Location: Shawnee Colonial Estates - Shawnee, OK 74804 Certified Nursing Assistant Full Time     Purpose of this position   The purpose of this position is to provide direct care to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse. Must be committed to person-centered care by embracing and following the facilities and or company goal of person-centered care by demonstrating and being supportive of individual resident choice and controlled resident preferred routines in all aspects of daily living. INDSCE QualificationsQualifications Meet all health requirements imposed by law. Completion of a nursing assistant certification program or proof of valid and current certification. Long-term care experience desired. Ability to read and write, speak and understand English.
