 As a member of this team, you’ll partner with other areas of the business, providing financial analysis for decision-making purposes. We’ll rely on you to report, plan and evaluate our financial results, as well as ensure our financial transactions and reports are timely, accurate and efficient. In short, you’ll help drive our exceptional financial performance.
Position Overview
As a member of our Rotational Career Development Program, you will develop and leverage competencies in a variety of cross-functional areas focused on our Finance team.

This program is specifically designed to provide you with the experiences and tools needed to successfully grow within our culture, ultimately preparing you for future leadership roles at Johnsonville.
Responsibilities
While the program is tailored to the member, generally, you will complete up to five rotations over a 24-month period, being uniquely exposed to a variety of experiences within cross-functional areas of focus. Assignments will include a year within Finance exploring cost, compliance, FP&A, and Commercial Finance as well as a year outside of Finance determined by the member and their coach. Potential areas outside of finance include Operations, Research & Development, Marketing, or other functions across the organization.  Each rotation offers robust assignments highlighting the functional requirements and processes across Johnsonville.Â

At the successful conclusion of the development program, it is expected that participants will be placed in a finance role at Johnsonville based on existing business needs and the participant’s strengths.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting completed by May 2027 required
Experience
- Prior related internship experience required
- Prior leadership experience preferred
Skills
- Strong learning agility
- Solid communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- The ability to interact with integrity and communicate effectively with all levels of customers and members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated self-development
- Action oriented, with the ability to set priorities and achieve goals
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Other Requirements
- Start Date: June 7, 2027
- 3.0 GPA or higherÂ
- Relevant intern experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Travel: Minimal
