What You'll Do
As a Full-Time Teller, you'll provide the friendly, personalized service our members expect while assisting with their everyday financial needs. You'll have the opportunity to build customer relationships, provide financial services, and create positive member experiences through every interaction. Responsibilities include:
- Provide welcoming, professional customer service by greeting members and developing strong relationships
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions
- Handle cash and maintain an accurate, balanced cash drawer
- Learn about members' needs and connect them with appropriate financial products and services
- Answer questions and assist members with their banking needs in a helpful and professional manner
- Address and resolve member concerns while maintaining a positive member experience
- Partner with coworkers to provide consistent, efficient, and exceptional service
- Follow established cash-handling, security, compliance, and transaction procedures
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Friendly, professional, and positive approach to working with people
- Passion for helping others and creating a great customer or member experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Comfortable working with cash, numbers, technology, and computer systems
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide quality service in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail, hospitality, food service, sales, banking, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and build a career in banking and financial services
Work Schedule
This full-time Teller position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
