  • Coordinate inventory positioning and replenishment priorities by SKU, location, product family, and customer priority in line with portfolio strategy, service requirements, and supply constraints.
  • Balance customer service, working capital, inventory health, and operational efficiency in near-term decision-making.

Performance Management and Root Cause Analysis

  • Maintain visibility on key execution KPIs, including OTIF, backlog, lead time, schedule adherence, material availability, inventory risk, premium freight, and default plant deviations.
  • Track performance trends, identify recurring execution failures, and lead root cause analysis across functional interfaces.
  • Drive corrective actions to closure and ensure transparency on business impact, ownership, and timing.
  • Monitor execution discipline and promote improved adherence to planning, deployment, and operational standards across the network.
