About the Role:

Are you a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys developing people, driving results, and improving processes?

We're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and help ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our products. In this role, you'll provide servant leadership to production team members while coordinating workflow, supporting employee development, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll play a key role in achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.

 Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support production team members to achieve departmental and plant objectives.
  • Coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.
  • Plan and assign work based on production priorities, equipment capacity, and employee skill levels.
  • Partner with Production Control and other departments to meet operational goals and resolve production challenges.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Relative postsecondary degree and/or experience, preferred.

 Competencies:

  • Demonstrates strong servant leadership through accountability, communication, fairness, and a commitment to employee growth and development.
  • Effectively coaches and develops employees by setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and fostering engagement.
  • Builds collaborative relationships across departments and works effectively to solve problems and achieve shared goals.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
