We are looking for a Client Liaison Associate to join our team. The pay range for this role will depend on experience and qualifications.Â

About the Role:
Reporting to the Directors of Clinical Operations and Practice Liaison, the Client Liaison Associate is responsible for the support of the radiologists, practice clients and marketing functions necessary for maintaining and enhancing the efficiency and reputation of the practice.Â
What You’ll Do:
- Monitoring and resolving unread and call back exams report.
- Coordinating and monitoring Client requests
- Daily monitoring outstanding issuesÂ
- Handling physician correspondence and various radiology report distributions.
- Point of contact for radiologists for variety of clinical and operational needs
- Point of contact for company’s clients, referring physicians and their office staff
- Handle client’s IT request and assist IT help desk as necessary
- Requesting outside radiology exams as directed.Â
- Various reporting responsibilities and ad hoc requests.
- Assisting with coordinating physician meetings and events.
- Create purchase orders as needed.
- Coordinating marketing events and requests
- Handling referring physician complaints and requests in coordination with Practice Liaison
- Serve as administrative assistant to Practice Liaison
- Responsible for various clerical duties as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the health care environment.
- Administrative experience and basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling skills.
- Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Successful experience planning, organizing and coordinating projects, meetings and/or events. Â
- Proven skills in exercising judgment, problem-solving and decision making.Â
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Can multitask and work efficiently.

Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business administration or related field ideal; or equivalent experience.Â
- Certification, such as Certified Medical Assistant or similar, may be advantageous.
- Two—five years related experience in health care environment, with Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.

Physical demands/Working Conditions:
- Flexibility to adjust to changing conditions and various responsibilities of the position.
- Thorough familiarity with Fairfield County and Stamford area medical practices; proven experience in selling or marketing to physicians in private practice.Â
