Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Job

We are looking for a Wyoming-licensed LPC to provide individual counseling through telehealth. You’ll work with clients on concerns that may affect their mental health, relationships, behavior, and everyday lives.

This is a full-time position with a consistent weekday schedule. You’ll manage your client appointments, make clinical decisions within your scope of practice, and handle the documentation and follow-up associated with your caseload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled counseling sessions with clients online
  • Complete intake appointments and gather relevant client information
  • Determine the main areas of concern and establish treatment goals
  • Use appropriate counseling techniques based on each client’s needs
  • Help clients work through stress, emotional difficulties, behavioral concerns, and life changes
  • Review treatment needs and make adjustments when appropriate
  • Keep session notes and clinical records accurate and current
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
  • Active LPC license in Wyoming
  • Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
  • 2 weeks PTO
