What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring consistent food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of shift leaders and crew members
- Manage labor and food cost controls to hit budgeted profitability targets
- Drive a positive guest experience and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Build and manage weekly schedules to balance service levels with labor efficiency
- Analyze sales, cost, and performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Champion a fast-paced, high-energy culture that reflects the Wingstop brand
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience, QSR background strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of P&L management, labor scheduling, and inventory control
- A guest-first mentality paired with a drive for operational excellence
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus
