As a Service Supervisor, you will lead all maintenance operations for an assigned apartment community while developing team members, managing vendors, and preserving the community's physical assets.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop maintenance team members

  • Oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns

  • Manage maintenance schedules and priorities

  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and capital projects

  • Monitor maintenance budgets and inventory

  • Ensure compliance with safety and company standards

  • Partner with Community Management to achieve operational goals

  • Deliver exceptional resident service through maintenance excellence

About You

  • Maintenance leadership experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems

  • Proven ability to lead and develop others

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Budget management and vendor coordination experience preferred

  • Commitment to safety, accountability, and resident satisfaction
