Shreveport, LA | On-Site | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | $40,000–$50,000/year + $100/week on-call pay

We're looking for a hands-on Operations & Safety Supervisor to help keep our Shreveport operation organized, efficient, and safe. You'll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, equipment, fleet, safety, and a small team while supporting our restoration crews.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced restoration, warehouse, logistics, construction, or field-services professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse organization and operations
• Manage contents, equipment, supplies, and inventory
• Coordinate fleet maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Lead and support a small team
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain OSHA documentation
• Coordinate safety training, respirator fit testing, and incident reporting
• Help ensure crews have the equipment and supplies they need
• Identify and solve operational issues
• Participate in a rotating after-hours/weekend on-call schedule
• Take incoming customer calls and coordinate the appropriate response when needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in restoration, warehouse operations, logistics, construction, or a related field
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
• Experience with inventory, equipment, fleet, or operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to hold yourself and others accountable
• Restoration experience is strongly preferred; SERVPRO experience is a plus
