Pay Range: $500,000/annually

Otolaryngologist Opportunity:

Flexible Schedule: full-time, part-time or rotating schedules
$50,000 sign-on bonus + $15,000 in relocation provided for the selected Otolaryngologist
NO formal call
Setting: Outpatient only
Will work at 3 different locations
Eligible for state and federal loan repayment programs

Otolaryngologist Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited institution
Must hold an active, unrestricted medical license in AZ or the ability to obtain one
Board-eligible or board-certified
