As Project PI Manager - LAX & LAS in los angeles, you will lead the introduction and warranty implementation of advanced rail products, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly support the safe, reliable movement of people across key urban corridors.

Your role, Your impact

  • Lead and manage the Product Introduction (PI) Customer Site team, overseeing warranty implementation, troubleshooting, and field modifications.
  • Ensure strict application of Environment Health & Safety (EHS) and security rules on customer sites, prioritizing safety and compliance.
  • Drive commissioning execution and deliver project commitments on time, maximizing results in line with contractual and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate fleet checks, manage defect/failure reporting, and support reliability growth through effective collaboration with interface teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying upsell opportunities and supporting project management initiatives.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and design — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As Project PI Manager, you will be the key link between technical execution and customer satisfaction, ensuring every journey is safe and dependable.
