Lead thefinance process from credit application through delivery whilemaximizing customer satisfaction, compliance, and dealershipprofitability. This role also provides backup support to the salesmanager as needed.

• Partner withthe sales manager to structure transactions and secure reasonableprofit on every sale.
  
• Maintain100% turnover to the F&I department and conduct professionalcustomer interviews.
  
• Presentfinance and protection-product options based on each customer’sneeds.
  
• Reviewcredit applications and reports, explain available financing, andcoordinate lender approvals.
  
• Prepareaccurate loan, title, DMV, and required state and federal documentation.
  
• Conductbusiness ethically and professionally while ensuring maximumcustomer satisfaction.
  
• Maintaincontrol of all paperwork through final handoff to the office.
  
• Train salesstaff on financing benefits, product presentation, and compliantprocesses.
  
• Preparemonthly and annual performance reports, goals, and action plans.
  
• Providebackup sales-manager support, including desking, appraisals,inventory awareness, lead assignment, and deal closing.
  

Requirements

WHAT WE’RELOOKING FOR

• Severalyears of automotive retail experience
  
• Finance orsales-management experience preferred
  
• Strongcommunication and customer-service skills
  
• Organized,competitive, energetic, and positive
  
• Workingknowledge of compliant F&I practices
  
• Ability todesk deals and appraise vehicles is a plus
