Responsibilities
- Load, deliver, unload, and distribute furniture orders.
- Assemble and install furniture per specifications; inspect for proper operability.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance (uniform provided).
- Document installations, deliveries, and punch items in company systems (MOSS, CORE).
- Read and interpret blueprints, including workstation layouts, panel systems, and electrical components.
- Install panels, case goods, wall tracks, and troubleshoot power issues.
- Communicate with customers, supervisors, and other trades on-site; address changes or issues promptly.
- Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring tools, equipment, and schedules are followed.
- Attend pre-install meetings for large projects and ensure layouts match design specifications.
- Maintain truck cleanliness and prepare for next-day jobs.
- Strategically resolve unexpected issues to keep projects on track.
- Close out jobs with customers and ensure satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Furniture installation experience preferred
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and tape measure.
- All tools will be provided
- Valid driver’s license and current DOT physical.
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs regularly.
