You Are: Outgoing, positive, and genuinely enjoy interacting with people Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks A professional brand ambassador who aligns with our values You Will Make an Impact By: Serving as a personal high-touch resource for prospective and existing clients, guiding them through membership and treatment options. Proactively reach out to current members to schedule visits, answer questions, and ensure they're getting full value from their membership. Building lasting relationships with clients by remembering their preferences, following up after visits, and creating a concierge-level experience at every interaction. Hosting small group meetups/events, coffee chats, and other relationship-building touchpoints to deepen patient loyalty. Representing the Kalon Aesthetics and Surgery brand and voice in every interaction — professional, warm, and personal. Welcoming and assisting clients at the front desk as needed, ensuring a warm check-in experience. You Have: A high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or experience in a relevant field preferred. Strong communication skills and genuine warmth on the phone and in person.
