About the Role:

Carriage House Operator LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance/Handyman to join our team in Snowflake, AZ. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping properties running smoothly and looking their best. Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues before they escalate
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
Perform painting, patching, and cosmetic repairs to maintain property appearance
Maintain and service HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems
Ensure grounds and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related trade
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
