The Opportunity

We are hiring a Team Lead - Game Integrity & Fraud Prevention to lead a team responsible for protecting the fairness, security, and integrity of our online gaming platform. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, operational oversight, and investigative expertise, ensuring fraud, abuse, cheating, and emerging threats are identified, investigated, and resolved to the highest standard while continuously improving detection capabilities and team performance.

We're looking for someone with high integrity, sound judgement, and a naturally investigative mindset who thrives on solving complex problems. You'll be detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Above all, you'll be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and genuinely passionate about protecting fair play, customer trust, and the overall integrity of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:


Fraud & Integrity Investigations

  • Supervise and conduct deep-dive investigations into multi-accounting, account sharing, identity abuse, and coordinated abuse networks.

  • Detect and mitigate bot activity, automated gameplay, exploitation of game mechanics, match manipulation, and user collusion.

  • Analyze and resolve payment fraud, promotional/bonus abuse, and suspicious behavioral or transactional patterns.

  • Utilize gameplay telemetry, device intelligence, behavioral analysis, and internal data tools to trace malicious activity.

Risk Detection & Prevention

  • Identify emerging fraud trends and recommend data-driven detection rules, monitoring strategies, and risk-scoring methodologies.

  • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to build, test, and validate automated detection capabilities and risk controls.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Tech, Support, Compliance, and Legal teams to deliver operational feedback that improves platform integrity and the user experience.

Reporting, Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Produce and present regular insights on fraud trends, operational KPIs, and risk exposure to senior stakeholders.

  • Review investigation workflows, maintain high-quality SOPs, and identify tooling enhancements to automate and streamline analyst workflows.

Role Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Fraud Prevention, Game Integrity, Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Cybersecurity, Financial Crime, or Investigations.

  • Knowledge of fraud processes, tools, emulators, VMs, and HUDs. Their application and risk categorisation

  • Experience in detecting RTAs Bot behaviours.

  • Building combination logics to identify potential fraud proactively

  • Knowledge of high-risk device indicators, including rooted devices

  • Previous experience leading operational teams.

  • Experience conducting complex behavioural investigations.

  • Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools.

  • Experience developing operational processes and documentation
