Pay & Total Rewards
The pay range for this position is $18.40-$25.80 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime and 10% shift differential when working an off-shift. The starting pay offered is based on your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role. Â

Position Summary Â
As a Level II Clean Room Associate, you’ll assemble, test, and package precision products in a highly controlled environment where safety, quality, and attention to detail matter. You’ll work from clear instructions, operate designated equipment, perform routine checks, and build your skills through hands-on experience. This role is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, careful with details, comfortable following standard work, and ready to grow in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.Â
 What You'll Do Â
Your day will include a variety of responsibilities that keep production running safely and efficiently, including: Â
Assemble, package, inspect, and test Swagelok products using standard work and cleanroom practices. Â
Operate designated assembly, packaging, and testing equipment safely and accurately. Â
Verify materials, traceability, and documentation for each job. Â
Complete in-process inspections and recognize routine product or quality concerns. Â
Support basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when additional help is needed. Â
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Â
Recommend simple improvements as you build process knowledge. Â
What Makes You Successful Â
High school diploma or GED. Â
Ability to follow written instructions, standard work, and cleanroom practices. Â
Assembly experience preferred, or demonstrated aptitude for hands-on work. Â
Ability to assemble, test, inspect, and package product accurately. Â
Ability to recognize basic functional or cosmetic defects. Â
Comfort using basic computer systems, production documents, or SAP. Â
Reliable, detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to safe work. Â
Physical RequirementsÂ
Frequently stand and walk throughout the shift. Â
Regularly use hands for repetitive assembly tasks requiring manual dexterity. Â
Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to established departmental limits. Â
Occasionally bend, reach, twist, and stoop. Â
Maintain visual focus for detailed inspection and precision assembly work. Â
Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety requirements. Â
