Our rehabilitation team provides compassionate, expert care to help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and return to active living as quickly as possible. We offer a full range of services, all working together to support each patient’s recovery journey. 

 

How you’ll contribute 

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who excels in this role:

  • Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN, including monitoring vital signs, possibly taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output.

  • Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation.

  • Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.

  • Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean and orderly.

What we’re looking for 
Applicants should have a current Kentucky CNA certification with current listing on the Kentucky Board of Nursing Nurse Aide Registry.  Additional requirements include:

  • High School Diploma/ GED

  • Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date.

Schedule: 3x12, Days (7:00am – 7:00pm), rotating weekends
