Position: Residential Handyman Service Technician

Location: South Bend & Elkhart Area

Your Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of residential repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks — including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, light plumbing/electrical, and more
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service in customers' homes
Maintain accurate records using our iPad-based ServiceTitan system
Follow safety standards and represent the Mr. Handyman brand with pride

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential maintenance, remodeling, or skilled trades
Excellent customer communication and time management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help others
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay: $30–$40+ per hour, based on experience
