Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Personal Care
Gallagher Home Care is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, caring caregiver to join our team!
We currently have an immediate opening for a Caregiver / Home Care Aide to provide one-on-one care for a client in McKees Rocks, PA.
Position Details
- Pay: $15–$18/hour based on care level and related experience
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Monday–Friday
- 12:30 PM–4:30 PM
- Location: McKees Rocks, PA
- Consistent daytime schedule
- One-on-one care in a home setting
What You’ll Do
As a Caregiver / DSP, you’ll provide hands-on support and companionship to help our client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Assist with daily activities and routines
- Offer companionship and meaningful interaction
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care
- Follow the client’s care plan and Gallagher Home Care guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Home Care Aide, Caregiver, DSP, Personal Care Aide, or similar role is a plus
- A caring, patient, and respectful attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Valid driver’s license required
