What You’ll Do:
Delivery Responsibilities:Â
- Deliveries:Â Safely deliver parts, equipment, supplies, and paperwork between locations and to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain required signatures and receipts.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Pick, pack, and ship parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage Stock: Receive, stock, and organize parts to ensure everything is ready to go.
- Inventory: Help perform regular physical inventory counts.
- Store Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Parts Counter & Technician Support: Supply parts for others in the parts department, as well as for our technicians
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or parts department (preferred).
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record as required by company policy and DOT regulations (if applicable) - Equipment Knowledge: Basic understanding of equipment and parts.
- Communication Skills: You are a clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal, and know how to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to keep operations running smoothly.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
- Exposure to chemicals and machinery parts.
