Cascades Healthcare is seeking a full-time Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team with clarity, accountability, and a strong people-first approach.

If you're an experienced administrator who knows how to grow census, build referral relationships, and create a culture where staff perform at a high level-we'd like to connect.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations while keeping the facility aligned with long-term goals
  • Build a culture where employees want to work and residents receive consistent, high-quality care
  • Lead clinical, department, and support teams to ensure strong communication and execution
  • Manage staffing: hiring, coaching, performance management, and difficult decisions when needed
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Partner with clinical leadership to ensure care plans are followed and outcomes are achieved
  • Support ongoing training focused on safety, compliance, and performance
  • Develop and manage a sustainable operating budget
  • Serve as the face of the facility with residents, families, referral sources, and the community
