Electrician Senior Intermediate (III)Position Overview
The Reliability Electrician IIIĀ maintains,Ā troubleshoots, and improves electrical systems and production equipment to ensureĀ optimalĀ performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across assigned manufacturing areas. This role provides advanced electrical support, develops detailed job plans, and mentors lowerālevel electricians to improve overall plant performance and technical capability.Ā

The Reliability Electrician III is expected to perform assigned duties with a strong focus on:Ā

Position Duties & TasksĀ
1.Ā MaintainĀ Electrical & Control SystemsĀ
Provide advanced maintenance on process and support equipment including:Ā
MCCs, motors, inverters,Ā Converters, Reactors, andĀ power distribution componentsĀ
PLCs, robotics, drives, and associated automation systemsĀ
2. Troubleshoot & Execute RepairsĀ
Identify, diagnose, and repair complex issuesĀ impactingĀ safety, quality, or productivity:Ā
Distinguish between mechanical, electrical, process, and product-related issuesĀ
Provide detailed findings and root-cause information to operations and maintenance leadershipĀ
Recommend and verify necessary updates to electrical schematics and documentationĀ
Ā
3. Perform Proactive MaintenanceĀ
Lead and execute PM and CM activities:Ā
Preventive Maintenance:Ā
Perform inspections, measurements, and adjustments according to specifications and schedules.Ā
Condition Maintenance:Ā
Repair/replace components based on PM orĀ PdMĀ results.Ā
Develop detailed job plans and request updates to schematics as required.Ā
4. Support Projects & Process ImprovementsĀ
Execute assigned work orders to support:Ā
Reliability improvementsĀ
Production and quality enhancementsĀ
Equipment installation and upgradesĀ
Tasks include installation or replacement of:Ā
