About the Role:
All Dry Services of Florida Gulf Coast is looking for a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our growing team in Port Charlotte, FL. This is a hands-on role perfect for a technical professional who thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment. If you love solving problems and delivering results on-site, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Work for an IICRC-certified Lead Technician
- Extract water from flooded commercial & residential structures
- Perform on-site setup and decontamination of equipmentÂ
- Prepare structure for possible drywall/flooring demolition
- Demolition and removal of damaged material
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status and technical findings
- Document service calls, work orders, and field reports accurately
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in proper working condition
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a field technician, service technician, or related technical role is a plus
- Able to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in various indoor environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
