Service Advisor – Porsche Southampton

Location: Southampton, NY
Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $60k-$125k annually

Porsche Southampton is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you.

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring a premium ownership experience while coordinating vehicle service and maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
• Schedule service appointments and accurately document customer concerns.
• Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance needs, and service timelines.
• Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.
• Promote recommended maintenance and service offerings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and help maintain high CSI scores.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with luxury brands is a plus but not required.

Requirements for Automotive Service Advisor:

• Valid driver's license, along with a three year clean driving record
• Willing to submit to pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR
• Organized and friendly personality
• Time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Proven track record of service and sales success
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
