Compensation Range : $77K-$88K annually
BMW of Southampton is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a premium automotive brand in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with service needs in a professional and friendly manner
- Write up repair orders accurately and clearly
- Communicate recommended services and maintenance needs
- Act as liaison between customers and the service technicians
- Provide updates on vehicle status and ensure timely follow-up
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience consistent with BMW standards
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license
