Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ is looking for experienced, motivated team members to join our crew immediately! We need enthusiastic individuals ready to jump in and make a difference in both our drive thru and kitchen operations. Responsibilities:
- Operate the drive thru window efficiently, taking and processing customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Prepare and cook food items according to Sonic's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and drive thru workspace
- Deliver fast, friendly customer service that keeps guests coming back
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours
Requirements:
- Previous drive thru or fast food kitchen experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to start immediately
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to work in Howell, NJ — no sponsorship available
