*NEW CENTER OPENING - LOOKING FOR A LEAD REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN *


Main Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to behavior technicians.

• Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

• Allocate up to 20 hours per week of billable time

• Lead RBTs will be responsible for covering RBTs absences, including scheduled PTO, unexpected sick leave, and other forms of temporary unavailability.

• Ensure that behavior interventions are executed with fidelity and according to ethical guidelines.

• Develop and maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families.

• Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients and ensures that interventions are tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of each client.

• Ensure data is documented and reported in compliance with organizational policies and regulations. Conversions of notes are to be completed with 24 hours.

• Train new behavior technicians on best practices, intervention strategies, and organizational protocols.

• Address any issues or concerns related to service delivery or client care promptly and effectively.

• Understands and adheres to all external accreditation review standards, applicable state, local and Federal laws and/or regulations including maintaining patient confidentiality through abiding by HIPAA laws/regulations.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred

Certification: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Other Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Good verbal and written skills.

• Ability to present a professional image appropriate to job responsibilities.

• Ability to fulfill assignments with reliability and punctuality.

• High moral and ethical values as set forth in the Employee Handbook.

• Willingness to be open to learning and growing.

• Appropriate interpersonal/personal boundaries and the ability to work cooperatively with a multidisciplinary team.
