This is a hybrid role that requires in-office presence Monday-Wednesday.


The Role

We are seeking a Client Service Associate. The Client Service Associate plays a critical role in collaborating within a dedicated team and providing outstanding service to prospects, clients, and partners.

 

The Client Service Associate will also be responsible for providing support functions to various internal teams and working on projects independently.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically partner with the Wealth Advisory team, Operations team, and other team members to deliver our clients an impeccable experience
  • Responsible for the account establishment process by preparing, opening and processing new client paperwork
  • Accountable for ensuring key client information and documentation is up to date
  • Interact with custodian broker/dealer, outside money managers, mutual funds, insurance and annuity companies
  • Responsible for facilitating money movement requests, account research, data entry, client onboarding/offboarding
  • Responsible for resolving client issues and processing various account maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Strategically partner with the Wealth Advisory team and other team members to research information needed to prepare documents for client meetings
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with clients

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years client-focused operations experience required, preferably at an RIA, broker/dealer or similar firm
  • Confidence to work directly with senior leaders and high-net worth clients
  • Proven success solving problems and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, organized and deadline driven
  • Dedicated, goal-oriented, and able to work well in a self-directed and collaborative environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and multiple custodial relationships a plus
  • Efficient computer skills including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
