RN Night Shift Manager – Long-Term Care

A growing long-term care community is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Manager to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support to the overnight nursing team.
This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys being a hands-on leader, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care throughout the night.
What They’ll Do
- Â Provide leadership and clinical oversight during the night shiftÂ
- Â Support and supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staffÂ
- Â Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate careÂ
- Â Respond to changes in resident condition and clinical concernsÂ
- Â Assist staff with complex resident-care situationsÂ
- Â Ensure proper documentation and compliance with facility policiesÂ
- Â Communicate important updates to nursing leadership and the oncoming shiftÂ
- Â Help maintain a positive, team-focused work environmentÂ
- Â Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for overnight staffÂ
What They’re Looking For
- Â Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Â Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferredÂ
- Â Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plusÂ
- Â Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Â Excellent communication and organizational skillsÂ
- Â A leader who isn't afraid to jump in and help the teamÂ
- Â Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focusedÂ
