Clarifi Staffing Solutions is working with a Washington school district to recruit a motivated and student-focused Special Education Teacher for the upcoming school year. This full-time opening is ideal for an educator who enjoys individualized instruction and thrives in a collaborative school environment.

The selected teacher will support students across resource and inclusive settings, adapting lessons and interventions to address varied academic and behavioral needs. You’ll partner with classroom educators, families, and related service professionals to coordinate support, encourage meaningful progress, and help students participate successfully in the broader school community.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and implement IEPs aligned with individualized goals.
  • Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social development.
  • Collect and analyze student data to measure growth and guide instruction.
  • Help maintain consistent, inclusive practices across learning environments.
  • Adjust curriculum, activities, and teaching approaches to improve accessibility.
  • Provide individualized, small-group, and targeted instruction based on student needs.
  • Work collaboratively with general education teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a closely related field.
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for supporting elementary students in reaching their full academic and developmental potential.
  • Active Washington State teaching license with Special Education endorsement, or eligibility to obtain certification.
