The Talent Pipeline Program Manager supports the growth and viability of all aspects of talent pipeline management by coordinating, managing, and facilitating alignment between multiple key projects and initiatives. The Program Manager exercises independent discretion and shows initiative to develop and sustain initiatives that support the talent pipeline program. Creative approaches to improvement plans, reporting, data collection, monitoring, and analysis of trends are keys to success.
Collaboration with key stakeholders and leaders is essential to create cohesion among stakeholders and alignment toward achievement of developing a continuous pipeline of future diverse employees to meet the workforce needs. This position is responsible for all aspects of talent pipeline programs/projects. Agility, flexibility, and a willingness to learn are important.Â

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
- 3 years of background in population health, education, recruitment, and/or workforce diversity
