Dietary - Cook

Overview

Dietary staff needed for an inpatient psychiatric hospital.   Responsible for the daily operation of the Dietary services to include ordering, inventory and preparing food items for the patients, staff and visitors of Permian Behavioral, Midland VA. 

Requirements/Qualifications

Two years previous experience in institutional food preparation.

Must have the ability to follow written policies and procedures.

Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills and ability to use or be trained to use all equipment/materials necessary to perform proper dietary procedures.

EDUCATION:  High School Diploma or equivalent.

REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION: Food handlers Card, CPR Required
