AdvisaCare is seeking experienced, professional and "Top of the line" Resident Aide and Med Techs to assist our wonderful clients in the Spring Lake area for one of our beautiful Independent Living Communities!!

We are looking for full time/part time caregivers for all shifts!

You would be responsible for:

  • Passing medications
  • Assisting with ADL's (Showering, Dressing, Toileting etc)
  • Interacting with residents and their families
  • Monitoring in the dining room and interacting with residents at meal times
  • Handling fast paced situations
  • Transferring as needed
  • Light housework duty
  • Resident aide Med Techs must have recent experience/ training in other Independent/Assisted Living Facilities and/or MORC Certified
  • Friendly personality and willingness to spend time with residents!
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Work in a team responsibly and independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to travel within the service area
  • CPR Certified
  • Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
