Manage various litigation cases - general liability, product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, construction defect, and civil litigation matters. Conduct all phases of discovery, encompassing written discovery and depositions of parties and experts. Demonstrate a process-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines effectively. Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients while delivering top-notch services to existing clients. Thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling client matters efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.
