A multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Monroe, NY is seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a provider with strong wound care experience who is committed to delivering excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic wounds
- Develop and implement wound care treatment plans
- Perform wound evaluations and follow-up care
- Educate patients and families on wound management and healing
- Document care accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York
- Wound care experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an outpatient clinic setting
Compensation
- Competitive salary in the range of $120k-$160k annually!
