In this role, you'll assist customers throughout their shopping experience, answer questions, process purchases and orders, maintain accurate customer information, and help ensure the store operates smoothly each day. You'll work closely with a supportive team to create a welcoming environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about available options.
• Process sales transactions, payments, and customer orders accurately.
• Update and maintain customer records and order information.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Communicate order updates and follow up with customers as needed.
• Support daily store operations, including organizing files, scanning documents, and completing administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 0-1+ years of retail, customer service, cashier, sales, hospitality, food service, or banking experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Monday-Thursday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Friday: 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM

This is a Permanent position based out of Spring Valley, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
