What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist with moving and replacing appliances
Inspect, repair, or replace faucets, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, and plugs
Perform light painting, drywall patching, and caulking
Replace or repair ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, and more
Change HVAC filters and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
Clean carpets using commercial equipment
Assist with apartment trash-outs and property grounds upkeep
Support the team with after-hours on-call maintenance (required rotation)
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance or make-ready experience
HVAC certification preferred
High energy and a positive, can-do attitude
Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
Professional appearance and excellent service skills
Willing to work weekends and participate in the on-call rotation
