Schedule:
- Wednesday: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Pay Rate:
- $29.00 - $33.00 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and other equipment issues.
- Work with AC/DC electrical circuits and controls.
- Assist with PLC troubleshooting (non-programming level).
- Perform equipment setups, lubrication, cleaning, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts when needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with 3-phase and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Knowledge of welding, fabrication, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and rotating equipment.
- Familiarity with photo eyes, proximity switches, and precision measuring tools.
- Basic plumbing experience (PVC, copper, and black iron pipe) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:
- Food manufacturing facility following strict GMP and food safety standards.
- Physically active role requiring standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and working around machinery.
- Safety shoes are required, including during the interview, as a facility tour is part of the process.
