Job Summary: Responsible for performing general Grounds Keeping and Custodial duties throughout the center.    Â
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Maintains and cares for the out door areas of the Center
- Operates machinery such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, tractors, etc...
- Inspects and reports on the mechanical condition of vehicles.
- Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture.
- Performs minor building construction tasks.
- Performs interior and exterior center janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping assignments.
- Attends required staff training sessions as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum: High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English. Six months experience, to include transportation and/or building maintenance.
Preferred: One year or more work-related experience.
Knowledge: Must possess a valid State driver’s license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification. Ability to operate power tools.
