Job DetailsJob Location: HQ - York, PA 17402Summary of Position A Home Care Urology Territory Manager (HCUTM) is part of the Homecare Urology Division at HR HealthCare (HRHC) and is responsible for supporting HRHC’s continence care products at strategic referral sources in the assigned territory, including SCI rehabilitation hospitals, urology offices, spina bifida clinics, and home health agencies. A HCUTM is tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with the key stakeholders at strategic referral sources for the purpose of generating prescriptions and promoting HRHC continence care products with patients as they transition from the hospital/clinic to the home.   Duties & Responsibilities Able to develop and execute on sound account-level strategies to increase the utilization of HRHC continence care products with patients at SCI rehabilitation hospitals, urology offices, spina bifida clinics, and home health agencies (the “Strategic Accounts”) in the territory. Plan daily call and visit routines to ensure appropriate coverage of key Strategic Accounts given sales time allocation, sales potential, geographical location, and related factors. Work closely with and develop strong relationships with DME representatives servicing Strategic Accounts in the territory. Build and maintain sustainable, strong business relationships with key stakeholders within Strategic Accounts. Maintain working knowledge of competitive activity and product and report any significant market changes or competitive activity to sales leadership. Perform product demonstrations, patient education, and in-services as required or requested at Strategic Accounts. Be able to position products to specific situations, matching it to patient, clinician, and account needs. Maintain strong desire to gain new customers and build a business from a small market share position. Meet or exceed the established quota for foundational sales activity requirements, new prescriptions, and territory revenue growth. Work collaboratively with and maintain open, positive, and productive lines of communication with sales support team, customer service, other sales personnel, and sales management. Develop and maintain accurate customer and account information in CRM and timely complete any required sales reports, expense reports, account targeting reports, and similar reports as directed. Create monthly, quarterly, and annual plans designed to meet and exceed territory revenue targets. Attend and play a key role in local and regional industry events and SCI support groups, adaptive sports associations, and related non-profit organizations that support individuals with spinal cord injuries, spina bifida, and related comorbidities. Develop and maintain a level of excellence in urology clinical knowledge and product knowledge. Adhere to ethical standards and demonstrate a commitment to patient and product safety. Other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned from time to time.
