SERVPRO Team Landers — We're Hiring: Mitigation Technicians & Project Managers

SERVPRO Team Landers is growing, and we're looking for people ready to build a career in restoration. Whether you're just getting started or you've already got years of mitigation project management experience, we have a role for you.

We're hiring for two positions:

Mitigation Technician (Entry Level)

No prior restoration experience required — we'll train the right person.

What you'll do:

  • Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage jobs alongside a crew
  • Perform extraction, drying, demo, and equipment setup/monitoring
  • Document job sites (photos, moisture readings, equipment logs)
  • Maintain trucks, equipment, and warehouse organization
  • Provide excellent, respectful service in customers' homes and businesses
What we're looking for:

  • Reliable, hands-on, willing to learn
  • Comfortable with physical work and variable schedules, including some on-call/after-hours response
  • Valid driver's license with a clean-enough record to drive company vehicles
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Team player with strong communication skills

Mitigation Project Manager (Experienced)

We're looking for an experienced mitigation PM who can run jobs, manage teams, and has great customer service.

What you'll do:

  • Own a caseload of water/fire/mold mitigation jobs start to finish
  • Perform scope assessments and write accurate Xactimate estimates
  • Manage crews, subcontractors, and job timelines to keep jobs on schedule and on budget
  • Communicate directly with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
  • Ensure documentation and drying logs meet IICRC S500 standard and support the claim
  • Drive job profitability and customer satisfaction 
What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of mitigation project management experience (or equivalent restoration industry experience)
  • Working knowledge of Xactimate and IICRC S500 standards
  • IICRC WRT certification required; ASD/AMRT a plus
  • Strong communication skills — comfortable managing customer and adjuster relationships under pressure
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check/drug screening
  • Comfortable with on-call rotation and fast-paced, deadline-driven work
