YMCA at Robertson County is Now Hiring for Family Services Coordinator, Part-time

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $15 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Are you passionate about creating fun, safe, and engaging programs for kids? Join our team as a Family Services Coordinator, Part-time! You’ll have the opportunity to lead programs that inspire and educate youth in our community.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee YPLAY and Youth Activity Center programs, including planning activities, scheduling, and daily operations.
Hire, train, and supervise staff while providing ongoing performance feedback.
Create arts, crafts, and fitness programs that encourage healthy lifestyles for kids aged 2-11.
Interact with families to address concerns and build positive relationships.
Assist with administrative tasks and ensure supplies and facilities are well-maintained.

What You’ll Need:

Minimum Age: 18
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with children ages 2-11 (preferred); supervisory experience a plus
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Required Certifications:

New Hire Orientation upon hire
CPR Pro/First Aid/AED within 30 days of hire
Introduction to Listen First within 60 days of hire
