Nestle in Springville, Utah manufactures Stouffer's Frozen Food.  This location has seven production lines producing food 6 days per week w/ two 10 hrs shifts daily.  Nestle is hiring for a Netweigh Filler Operator for Line 1 or Line 2. 

Primary Responsibilities: 
1.    Inspects machine for proper assembly, proper placement of safety guards, cleanliness, foreign objects, worn or damaged parts, and loose bolts or nuts prior to start of shift. Sets-up machine quickly to ensure product will be ready to go at line start-up.
2.    Operates the Net Weigh Filler throughout shift and troubleshoots as necessary. Ensures the machine is adequately loaded with product at all times throughout shift.
3.    Ensures that product being run is Code 10.
4.    Calculates yield and notifies Team Leader of any unfavorable reports.
5.    Models the Springville Compass in all work-related activities.
6.    Performs all other duties as assigned by Team Leader.

Go up and down stairs frequently
Basic Computer data entry required
Work overtime as needed
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.
90 days of food manufacturing experience working in a Nestle factory preferred

Pay: $23.90 per hour

Bonus Eligibility: Yes

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
