The Role

We're looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure our product meets all applicable standards, from individual materials to the finished home. You'll work directly with certifying agencies throughout the process, serving as our point of contact on compliance matters for both components and the overall product.

This role is based at our headquarters in St. George, Utah, and in-person is highly preferred. Remote may be considered depending on the candidate's credentials and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure product and materials meet all relevant compliance and certification standards
  • Work directly with certifying agencies on approvals for the overall product and individual components
  • Review materials and construction methods for compliance risk
  • Maintain documentation and records to support certification and audits
  • Stay current on modular and mobile home code and certification requirements
  • Flag and resolve compliance issues before they affect production or delivery

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in modular and/or mobile home manufacturing
  • Background in compliance, certification, or quality assurance within manufactured housing preferred
  • Comfortable working directly with certifying agencies and regulatory bodies
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance workstreams
