About the Role
We’re looking for a positive, capable, and compassionate nanny who takes pride in creating a happy, organized, and well-run home.
This is more than a childcare position. You’ll work closely with the mother to help manage the day-to-day rhythm of a busy household with multiple children. We’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term relationship with the family and takes genuine ownership of their role. The right person will be dependable, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable stepping in wherever they are needed. While the job can be demanding, it is also incredibly rewarding.
What You’ll Do
Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where the children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Help create structure and routine in the home while working closely with the mother to keep the household running smoothly.
Encourage independence by helping children learn responsibility, personal chores, and age-appropriate household tasks.
Manage the children’s daily needs, including naps, meals, activities, transportation, and schedules.
Prepare meals and assist with household organization, including light housekeeping and laundry.
Support the family beyond daily childcare by helping with errands, events, travel preparations, dinners, vacations, and other household needs.
Travel with the family occasionally, including international travel.
Provide occasional overnight and weekend care when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license; vehicle will be provided for transporting children.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally, with a valid, current passport required.
Previous professional nanny experience is required (babysitting alone does not qualify).
Strong follow-through, clear communication, and proven reliability with important responsibilities.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs without prompting.
Flexibility to quickly adjust when plans change.
Genuine love for working with children and an understanding of how to balance warmth with appropriate expectations.
Positive attitude and active participation in the children’s day.
Desire for a long-term position to become a trusted and valued part of the family.
