The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team. You'll oversee house models from planning through completion, working closely with our production and field teams to keep builds on schedule, on budget, and up to code. This role sits at the center of how BoxHouse turns plan sets into finished homes.

This is an in-person role based at our headquarters in St. George, Utah. We're a collaborative team and do our best work together in the same office.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret building plan sets to guide project execution and development
  • Apply working knowledge of IRC code throughout the build process
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources from start to finish
  • Coordinate between field crews/internal teams and leadership to improve the product
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for a specific product or products
  • Track project progress and report updates to leadership

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction
  • Ability to read plan sets and strong grasp of IRC code
  • Prior project management experience
  • A fast learner who picks up new tools, sites, and workflows quickly
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
