Customer Relations Associate – Full Time
Full-Time | In-Person | Training Provided
North Rising Star is looking for a Customer Relations Associate who enjoys working with people and brings confidence, energy, and a positive approach to their work.
This is an active, face-to-face position where you’ll spend your day meeting customers, representing campaigns, and making sure every interaction is professional, engaging, and informative.
Here’s What the Job Looks Like
You’ll be part of a team working at established campaign locations, where you’ll:
- Â Start conversations with new customersÂ
-  Introduce and explain the campaigns you’re representingÂ
- Â Learn how to tailor your approach to different peopleÂ
- Â Answer questions and provide a positive experienceÂ
- Â Work toward clear daily goals with your teamÂ
You won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own. Training is provided when you start, followed by regular coaching as you get comfortable in the role.
