Mercy is seeking a full-time staff nurse for the Behavioral Health department at Mercy St. Louis Hospital, with hours from 0630-1900 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, plus an 8-hour shift on Thursdays.
The role involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care operations, while also serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current RN Temporary Permit or RN license in the state of practice.
Two to three years of experience in patient care is required, with supervisory or management experience preferred.

Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manger. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

MERCY ST LOUIS HOSPITAL

Department: Behavioral Health

Status: Full-Time - Days
Hours: 0630-1900 Friday, Sat, Sun and an 8 hour shift (0630-1500) & every other Thursday.

Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program. BSN Preffered
Licensure: Must have a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice.
Experience: Two or three years' experience required in patient care.

Preferred Experience: Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
